- Badge, brass. 12th Regiment, N.H. Volunteers, Lake Village, N. H. Front: Blue silk ribbon suspended from horizontal gilded gold pin back. "25TH / ANNUAL REUNION / N. H. Volunteers / LAKE VILLAGE, N. H. / SEPT. 26, 1890." Along with, in center of badge is a diamond-shaped object with a heart in the middle and "12 / N / H / V. printed in gold. Gold metallic wire on badge. Reverse: Blue silk ribbon. "H. W. MUNCH / BADGE MAKER / 339 WASHINGTON ST / BOSTON.", stamped on back on paper printed in black ink.
