Diamond-shaped piece of celluloid tacked to ribbon, bearing printed image of Harriet Dame and text, "25th / ANNUAL / ENCAMPMENT / N. H. Veterans' Ass'n / CAMP HARRIET P. DAME / The Weirs / AUGUST 27-30 / 1901". At top of celluloid is a red, white, and blue silk bow. Printed maker's label on back of ribbon: "The Whitehead & Hoag Co. / Badges, Buttons, Banners / and Advertising Novelties. / MAIN OFFICE & FACTORY, NEWARK, N.J.", followed by list of patents and dates, latest is 1896.
