- Pattern, needlework, floral, pen ink, on paper. Laid paper. Watermark: "F FINCHER" (with the "incher" in small cap.) / 1828". Paper roughly trapezoidal in shape. Geometric and plant oriented design along one short edge and across long edge. Design goes around corner as one unit. Outside border is simple zig-zag. Inside of it, fanciful leaves,stems, and possibly fruit in scallop pattern.
