- Description:
- Needlework pattern, floral, pen ink, on laid paper. Watermark: "1833". Two separate bands of design. Each band repeats. One band, floral group with 4-petal blossom in center, fanciful symmetrical leaves on either side, separated by three adjoining loops. Border of continuous adjoining loops on either side of central design. Other design, 3 leaves, stem with curl in it, and probably blossom with three dots around it. This design repeated several times. Along design, two closely-spaced parallel lines on both sides.
