MOOSILAUKE AND / WARREN, N.H." Reverse: torch and laurel wreath flanked by dates in banners, "1763 / 1913", followed by "150TH ANNIVERSARY / CELEBRATION / WARREN, N.H. / THE W. & H. CO. / NEWARK, N.J." Thin red, white, and blue ribbon tied through loop.
