- Medal, commemorative, 150th anniversary of Concord, NH, 1915. Circular, gray metal with separated leather strap and buckle. Top of medal has integral tab for strap. Obverse: State House in center; "PENACOOK 1725 / THE WILDERNESS WAS GLAD FOR THEM / LAW EDUCATION RELIGION / CONCORD / 1853 / ADOPTED CITY CHARTER". Reverse: "1765 1915 / 150TH ANNIVERSARY / CONCORD, N.H. / WHITEHEAD - HOAG CO. NEWARK. N.J ."
