- Silhouette of Ruth Webb Adams (1758-1825), unknown artist, 1800-1825. Watercolor on paper. Painted bust-length silhouette of a woman in profile to right. Wearing a cap with bows on top and back, high fancy collar, and bow below breast; tuft of hair over forehead. Unsigned. Ink inscription lower right: "Ruth Webb Adams / 1758-1825". Pencil inscription on frame backing paper repeats inscription. Printed label on frame's backing paper for Rowland Framing Studio in Concord. Modern oval gilded molded frame, oval white mat, glazed.
