Wide satin ribbon, pink with green edges, text on gold: "16TH ANNUAL / SESSION / REBEKAH ASSEMBLY / I.O.O.F. / OCT. 8-9, 1912 / MANCHESTER, / N.H." Pendant printed in black (faded) photo-portrait of a woman, surrounded with text "FLORA L. WHITTIER, PRESIDENT / REBEKAH ASSEMBLY / I.O.O.F. N.H. -- 1911-1912".
