On pink ribbon: "13TH ANNUAL / SESSION / OCT. 12-13 09". On green ribbon: "REBEKAH / ASSEMBLY / I.O.O.F. / MANCHESTER, N.H." Photo portrait of a woman suspended from pink ribbon. Paper maker's label inserted in back of photo: "A.R. LOPEZ BROS / 3 School St. Boston". Union bug present.
