Circular metal pin button at top, with photograph of man printed on celluloid, identified as "CHAS. R. CORNING, MAYOR". Printed maker's label on back of pin, "Buttons made by / The Whitehead & Hoag Co. / Newark, N.J., U.S.A.", followed by 1896 patent dates. Newark union bug above.
