Metal bar pin at top with "CONCORD, N.H." printed on celluloid. Circular celluloid medallion at bottom with printed image of Concord City Seal, which includes image of State House and text, "PENACOOK 1725. / THE WILDERNESS WAS GLAD FOR THEM / LAW-EDUCATION-RELIGION / CONCORD / ADOPTED CITY CHARTER / 1853."
