- Hatbox, oval, with removable cover. All paperboard with paper covering. Exterior covered with wallpaper in light blue pattern with blue and lavender flowers and green leaves. Inside lined with cream-colored paper. Bottom sewn on, partially detached. Separate cover, 1.5" high, with blue paper edge. Printed paper advertisement adhered to top: "FROM / JAMES HAZELTON, / MANUFACTURER AND DEALER IN / STRAW AND SILK BONNETS, / LACE, FLOWERS, RIBBONS, / MILLINERY AND FRENCH GOODS, / [etc.] / NO. 1 LOW'S BLOCK, OPPOSITE THE / POST OFFICE, / CONCORD, N.H."
