Obverse: image of eagle with olive branches, with oval seal in center and text in ribbon below, "ESTO PERPETUA"; text around perimeter, "SOCIATAS CINCINNATORUM NEO HANTONIENSIS / INSTITUTA A.D. 1783". Reverse: image of heart with two hands, with text above, "ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTIETH / ANNIVERSARY / 1783 - 1903"; laurel wreath around perimeter.
