Cruet stand. Cold-rolled silver plate, pewter, and cut glass. Stand has seven bottles. Stand is a round tray on four feet, with post in center with handle on top. Seven attached loops supported by four feet are attached to tray. Handle is cast metal in a floral and scroll design. The legs that hold up the rings are cast metal in floral design. Tray is edged with a band that is cast in floral pattern. Feet are cast in a scroll pattern. Legs are attached to tray with wing nuts. Pewter pads on bottom of each foot. No marks on bottom of tray. Two of the cut glass bottles are casters with silver caps. Caps are hallmarked: right-facing king profile (George IV); left facing lion passant; "JC"; anchor; and black letter "A" in a shield. Bottles are decorated with a diamond pattern around center and an angled ridge pattern at bottom. The two casters have a powder in them; perhaps cinnamon or pepper. Another glass jar, or condiment pot, with same decoration, has a glass top with a cut-out for a spoon. Remaining four glass bottles each have glass stoppers and are essentially the same cut glass design as on the other bottles.
