Description:

Wallpaper, 12 pieces. Vertical panel with repeating design on tan background. Central motif is a highly stylized floral design with scrolls in two tones of brown with blue background. Motifs on right and left are repeating architectural columns with Ionic capitals also in two tones of brown.

a. 37.7" high x 19" wide. Condition: Fair. Tears middle of one side. Large fragments missing from one end where it was torn diagonally. Large fragment missing from side of that same end. Tears at same end. Surface dirt overall. Fold marks and some pigment losses associated with fold marks and tears. Abrasions at end on front surface where torn diagonally. Remnants of adjoining piece on back of one side. Adhesive residues back side. Some staining in back associated with design on front, in that stains mirror designs a little.
b. 37" high x 8.1" wide. Condition: Poor. Gray stain over most of front surface. Some tears along straight edge. Fragments missing from three sides. Probably material missing from straight side. Evidence of an adjoining sheet in one portion of its straight side. Adhesive residues on back. Numerous small areas of pigment loss on front associated with holes, creases, and tears.
c. 17.5" high x 12" wide. Condition: Poor. Water damage and cockling in one corner. Tears at both ends. Crease marks. Fragments missing from all sides. Evidence of a sheet attached at one side; most of it is gone. Pigment losses along fold marks and tears. Pigment losses in cockled area. Overall dark gray stain and surface dirt. Adhesive residues on back.
d. 21.5" high x 17.2" wide. Condition: Poor. Width comes from creating square around fragment to line up left and right edges. Overall irregular dark gray stain. Fragments missing from all edges. Tear on side opposite factory edge. Pigment losses associated with tear and immediate areas. Adhesive residues on back. Some tan staining on back that mirrors design on front.
e. 14.8" high x 23.9" wide. Condition: Poor. Dark gray stains on front, somewhat irregular. Small tear on one edge. Small hole near one edge. Some pigment losses near hole and tear. Some pigment losses near a couple of fold marks, near the overlap joint between the two sheet fragments. Some adhesive residues on back. Some tan stains on back with design marks in them associated with design on front of paper.
f. 30.2" high (from adjusting fragment to make it square) x 21.1" wide, (also from making fragment square). Condition: Poor. Fragments missing from all edges. Numerous small pigment losses due to folds and tears. Overall irregular gray stain on surface. Some pigment losses along overlap joint. Some gray coloration on surface in middle of side associated with overlap joint. Adhesive residues on back. Tan staining on back. Staining has some outline elements from it from the design on the front.
g. 14.5" high x 4.6" wide. Condition: Poor. Fragments missing from all sides. Fragment missing from overlap joint of straight side. Gray overall staining. Water damage in one corner and some associated pigment loss. Several small tears.
h. 19.5" high x 13.8" wide. (Fragment squared up) Condition: Poor. Dark gray staining on front, somewhat irregular. Numerous small tears and folds. Pigment losses associated with folds and tear edges. Some pigment loss along overlap joint. Some water damage and abrasions along most of irregular, long edge. Adhesive residues on back. Some tan staining on back with design outlines in it.
i. 24.1" high x 26.3" wide. (Fragment squared up for measurement). Condition: Poor. Fragments missing from all edges. Many tears along small edge with large, semi-circular fragment in corner. Pigment losses along tears. Long straight crease mark with pigment loss along entire length. Pigment loss along overlap joint. Pigment losses in small areas along right side. Overall gray staining to front, somewhat irregular. Adhesive residues on back. Some small tan stain areas on back.
j. 19" high x 13.4" wide. Condition: Poor. Overall dark gray stain in front, somewhat irregular. Adhesive residues on back. A few small tears with associated pigment losses. Few small holes with pigment losses.
k. 19.5" high x 17.8" wide. Condition: Poor. Fragments missing from all edges. Overall gray staining on front. Many small pigments losses throughout due to creases and tears. Some water damage along one straight edge where there is thinning of pigment on front. Some tan staining on back side with some small design elements reflected in the stain.
l. 32.9" high x 28.1 wide. Condition: Poor. Overall gray discoloration, staining on front. Water damage right edge along with tears and some abrasions. A lot of pigment loss in same area. Pigment loss along straight, bottom edge. A little bit of pigment loss in corner where three sheets meet at center of edge. Some small tears in same area. Water damage in same area. Adhesive residues on back. Some tan staining on back.
