- Description:
- Wallpaper, fragment. Paper fairly thick. Appears to have two layers of paper. Bottom layer plain, off-white paper. Thinner multi-colored decorated paper, which is top layer. On one edge, top layer wrapped around back. It overlaps irregularly but about 0.4". On front, floral pattern created by different colors printed onto paper, but design is in negative format. Dark blue, pastel orange, faded red, lighter blue-green, and some light yellow colors in irregular color patches. Flower pattern may actually be done in a medium to dark brown. Color patches either printed or applied locally by some method over the brown floral pattern. Reason for this unknown.
