Stark is wearing a double-breasted military coat with brass buttons, epaulets, and light colored facings; white cravat with ruffle. Hair is pulled back in queue. Imprinted below image in the form of a signature: "John Stark". Printed below: "Engd. by H. B. Hall Sons, New York." Black painted wood frame, glazed.
