Modern-style brick building with flat roof; stone or concrete is used as decorative element between windows, to make flat cornice, and as door surround; recessed entrance with diamond-pane transom and low relief Art Deco carving above door. Two figures stand by front door; car drives off in background. Signed lower right corner: "BURT SULLIVAN / 1950".
