- Pair of ice skates, to fit on shoes. Steel. Top surface of toe plate stamped "EAGLE No 8 / PATENTED / MAY 29 1860 / MAY 30 1876 / UNION HARDWARE Co", and "10 1/2" (size). Trefoil cutout in toe plate. Width is adjustable with a screw, turned by a separate key.
