- Description:
- Snuffer, Scissors-Type. Cast steel. Two cast steel handles with decorative diagonal grooves on shafts. Two drop-type feet on handles that attach to cast tabs on outsides of finger rings. Rivet-type pivot. Bottom blade has drop-type foot attached near front. Half box has curved surfaces. Five decorative grooves on top of half box. Platen on other handle conforms to inside configuration of half box. Small hole and possibly filled-in slot on right-hand handle near pivot.
