- Wood engraving, uncolored. The Old Man of the Mountain, artist unknown, 1837. Ink on paper, uncolored. Clearing with a few dead trees; tree on left has a banner on in which says "Profile of", and having been placed on a diagonal, the right end of it points toward the profile of the Old Man of the Mountain. Within the clearing there is also a horse grazing, and some recently cut timber. Old Man of the Mountain in background. Unsigned. From periodical "The Family Magazine" page 126. Unframed.
