- Box, tin. Oval box with hinged lid and wire loop handle. Lid latches with a hasp for a padlock. Painted black with freehand painted decorations, leaves, and fruit on front of box. Front edge of lid has gold scrolls of leafage. Border around top of lid has ovals in red and green. Interior of lid is lacquered.
