- Relief bust of John Stark, plaster. Bust of man with shoulder-length hair, facing left, wearing military coat with epaulet. On integral plaster plaque, vertical rectangle with arched top. Incised inscription below bust: "Gen. John Stark. / Sculp. / M. K. Skinner." Printed paper, 11" x 8.5", adhered to reverse, with text written by the sculptor: "MAJ.-GEN. STARK. / In presenting this Medallion of Gen. Stark to the public....[four paragraphs regarding Stark and the sculptor's research]....Any person desiring a Medallion can obtain one by addressing the sculptor, / M. K. SKINNER - - Hoosac Falls, N. Y."
