Print of an architectural drawing of a grand hotel. Shingle-style, four-story building with turret, gambrel-roofed pavilions, and shed dormers. Two riders, a man and a woman, on horses right foreground. In lower margin, a floor plan of the first floor to the left, and the second floor to the right. Lower center in margin: "The Senter House: Centre. Harbor. N. H. / F. W. Stickney. Arch.t. Lowell. Mass." Writing bottom edge in pencil "# 76187". On the right edge is writing in pencil "Purchased 1974 15.00" Signed under the drawing in the lower right corner above the floor plan: "Heliotype Printing Co.
