- Description:
- Needlework picture. Canvaswork panel of an oval floral medallion worked in Berlin wool [worsted] and silk yarns on heavy, plain-woven, pale turquoise blue wool. The embroidery is cross-stitched in shades of green, turquoise, pink, red, brown, and cream at about eight stitches to the inch. The needlework is stretched and glued over a piece of corrugated cardboard. Stained pine frame.
