- Hand-colored lithograph, Family Record of John E. and Hannah W. Bennett of Tuftonboro, NH, drawn by the "Heart and Hand" artist, lithographed and published by Nathaniel Currier (1813-1888), 1849-1858. Watercolor an ink on paper. Titled, upper center, "FAMILY REGISTER". Four small scenes of family life, birth, marriage, and death. Lists marriage of John E. Bennett and Hannah Welsh in 1846 at Tuftonboro, NH and the birth of their four children below. Inscribed and embellished by Hall, "The Heart and Hand Artist" with green, blue, and red watercolor drawings of hearts, hands, trees and stylized flowers. Ink inscription lower center "Present Date May 17 1858". Lower margin: "LITH & PUB. BY N. CURRIER, Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1846 by N. Currier in the Clerk's office of the District Court of the Southern Dist. of N.Y. 152 NASSAU ST. COR. of SPRUCE N.Y." Wood frame with mahogany veneer, original glazing.
