- Chromolithograph. Portrait of Daniel Webster (1782-1825), by William Sharp (1803-1875) after Albert Gallatin Hoit (1809-1856), c. 1853. Ink on paper. Bust-length portrait of Webster, facing slightly right; balding dark hair, gray at the sides, and dark eyebrows; wearing a dark blue coat with velvet collar, white shirt with high collar, and black stock. Brown background with red at left . Unsigned. Gilded gesso over molded wood frame; glazed.
