- Description:
- Point, biface, black stone projectile. Shape from top isosceles with long sides slightly concave. Backside edge, quite concave. Longitudinal cross section flattened oval with sharp ends. Outside edges relatively smooth with small chip missing on one edge. Back edge relatively smooth, quite a deep concave shape to it. Stone surfaces fairly matte in finish. Evidence along edges of napping to shape point. Paper label tag, pencil writing: "projectile point / black flint / local / 300-800 yrs. old".
