- Pie Dagger (Crimper). Iron. Slightly bulbous iron handle with square finial end. Round handle is then forged into yoke shape. Inside yoke is disc with serrated edge on both sides. Disc pivots around a pin at end of yoke. Disc has alternating grooves on sides at edge to create serrated design. Tool used to crimp dough sections.
