They overlap ~0.25 of circumference; top one, 1.9" wide; bottom: 1.1" wide; bottom one larger in diameter. Woven matrix of fibers that form a screen to create sieve portion. Screening wrapped around thick core of fibrous material at edges. Bound around fiber material with another type of fibrous product. Fiber screen stretched over smaller diameter hoop and second larger-diameter hoop, pressed over screen to trap screen between both hoops. Fibers somewhat distorted in this example as they are much closer together in center. Many are dark brown color. Narrow band of lighter fibers passing in one direction in center. Outside surface of hoops, worn with ingrain surface dirt. A couple areas on wire hoop may have some type of marking on outside surface.
