- Description:
- Biface, slightly translucent, medium gray stone projectile point. Slightly irregular, triangular shape with straight base. Surfaces and edges knapped. Stone very thick along one edge which is slightly convex. One side relatively flat. Thick area small mound on one edge near base. In front of mound, surface tapers to tip. Surface behind mound irregular and tapers to back edge. Thinner edge slightly concave with small undulations in edge. Overall, symmetry of tip appears to slightly curve to one side from top surface. Many small light-colored inclusions at fracture planes both sides of stone. Slight shiny characteristic from many small reflective grains.
