- Description:
- Point, biface Quartzite. Medium gray stone projectile. Shape triangular with contracting base and convex base edge. Edges and surfaces knapped. One edge relatively straight with small bump out near base. Opposite edge slightly concave and edge plane irregular. Stone thickest near center. Tapers to tip and base edges. Thickest area offset on one side. Edge bevel very steep on this side. Base edge plane partly diagonal to body of point. Broken tip stub: 0.25" wide. Some lighter areas on both sides of stone of brittle fracture edges. Stone slightly shiny with many small reflective points.
