- Description:
- Point, biface, chert. Dark gray stone projectile point. Straight point with convex sides. Appears to be a wide stem with large section missing from one side of stem. Knapped edges lead to slightly rounded point. Knapping on all sides and edges. On one side, appears to be stem surface with slight notch near center. Slight evidence of same profile on opposite side, but this is where appears to be large section missing. Fractured surface along missing edge is significant enough to indicate it had one large piece broken off this side. Stone quite glossy on all surfaces.
