- Description:
- Point, biface, chert. Medium tan-gray stone projectile point. Shape elongated, side-notch point. Straight stem at rear and a barb along one edge at rear. Opposite barb broken off and missing. Edges slightly convex and lead to broken-off point. Edges in irregular and curved plane on both sides. Remaining tip curved out of horizontal plane, slightly. Broken stub of point 0.3" wide. Evidence of knapping along edges and faces. Slight surface sheen. Back edge curved in convex shape and fairly thick. Point almost uniform in thickness from front to back with slight taper and curve at front.
