- Description:
- Point, biface, Orient Fishtail. Medium tan stone projectile point. Elongated excurvate with contracting stem and straight base shape. Surfaces knapped. Edges relatively straight and even. Point slightly rounded. Thickness slightly irregular, with almost slight horizontal bend in stone. Longitudinally thin in back, then tapers slightly then remains even in thickness towards front where it tapers to point. Straight taper to base in stem. Slightly darkened boundary layers that intersect diagonally with longitudinal plane. Layers give slightly curved lines across both flat surfaces.
