- Description:
- Point, biface, Quarzite Levanna. Dark gray, translucent stone projectile point with quartz-like material. Shape elongated triangle with missing base corner. Base could probably be slightly concave if corner was in place. Edges and surfaces knapped. Edges flat and straight. Stone relatively flat with slight taper to base edge. Edges all slightly beveled. Slight mid rib on one side centrally located and slightly off to towards one edge. A few lighter-colored inclusions due to incomplete brittle fractures. Surface has many, very small reflective spots that are part of grain structure.
