- Plate. Pewter. Circular body with smooth rim that flares slightly upward and has a bead at edge of outer surface. Impressed "X" on bottom. "B/I*S" engraved on upper surface of rim, in triangular formation. Surface discolored; bottom dented and bent from original contour; two cracks in rim. No hammer marks visible.
