- Cartridge box. Oblong wooden cartridge box; three rows of hand-bored cartridge holes, 8 per row. Hand-stitched leather covering, nailed to wooden cartridge box. Plain flap cover with leather strap at end which buttons onto round-headed brass post. Two belt straps on bottom crudely nailed with three iron nails each onto case.
