Hexagonal, faceted crystal over a paper skull with foil mat, in a raised fluted setting supported by a six prong mount with two fleur-de-leis; ribbon-scrolled band in five sections: "ELIZ / THOMAS / OB.23. / MAR 1755 / AE30." engraved in roman characters and highlighted with black enamel, around exterior of band.
