- Description:
- Sunglasses (a) in case (b). Spectacles are 4.1" wide; side pieces are 6.25" long (extended) x 0.9" wide. The rectangular lenses are tinted blue and not prescription. The side pieces are hinged for extension with a tear drop shaped open loop on the ends one hinge repaired and broken. The frames are made of steel. The nose piece is C-shaped. Case is tube shaped of hardened paper covered with reddish brown leather. Gold tooled leather decoration. Top flap and slot intact, linen lined. Tape applied to back of case, handwritten on tape, "M.H. Jewell".
