- Description:
- Oil Lamp. Pewter, brass and steel. Reservoir is straight cylinder with slight groove at its bottom. It then flares out into a flat base with turned-up edge or rim. Slight groove on bottom outside edge where rim turns upward. Finger ring soldered to one side at bottom edge; ring is distorted and now somewhat oval. Several other distortions on edge. Brass wick holder with soldered steel wick tube. Slot in side of wick tube at top and vent hole in brass cap.
