- One of a group of 11 unused plates representing each of the ten counties (two for Belknap County), 1964-1973. Each county had a two-letter designation during this period. Collected by N.H. license plate expert and former state legislator Stanley A. Hamel. According to NH license register book, this plate was issued to Raymond H. Barrett of Newton Junction, owner of a 1961 Ford.
