1978.074.01 a-b: Tall rectangular wooden box (.01a) with hinged lid. Stamped in black on front, "PIKE'S / WHETSTONES / ARE / THE BEST". Stamped in black on lid, "PIKE'S / ASSORTED / OIL STONE / BOX". Company logo stamped on front and lid: "P" with pike (fish) through it; "ESTABLISHED 1823." inside "P". White cardboard insert inside lid, with printed list of contents and prices, titled "TO USERS OF / EDGE TOOLS". Removable green wooden panel (.01b) with fabric straps.
1978.074.02-09: Pike's oil stones, most in original labeled boxes.
