Inside of that, roman numerals of I through XII. Small keyhole winding hole by roman numeral II. Minute hand dark and appears to be bent. May be some small jewels missing from front surface of minute hand. Hour hand also dark-colored and quite short, with three small rhinestone jewels mounted on it. Convex case on back of watch with abstract, symmetrical design around edge. Series of flags and floral decorations inside of that with dark-colored bow at top. Skeletonized cover on back plate which may have a balance wheel under it. Cover gold-tone with fancy curlycues in the cut-outs. Additional dark-colored disc on back with central hand on it. Some numbers and letters around edge. Disc slightly tarnished. Winding mechanism leads to disc with step sides and what appears-to-be edge of chain that transmits hour inside mechanism. Several levels of gears that can be seen from outside edge. "I (David Colglazier) suspect that this timepiece probably has alarm or striking feature due to the internal dial on back of works and broken metal lining inside back cover. Significant piece."
