- Watch case, gold. Front bezel pivoted at bottom. Plain surface with bead around edge. Side of case milled. Oval bail on top connected to fixed stem. Flattened, serrated winding and adjusting knob. Plain shield with fanciful decorations around it on back of case. Engine-turned design on back of case with plain border around it. Bead at edge of back cover. Back cover pivoted at bottom. Inside of back cover polished. Inscribed in inside of back surface of cover: "17024". Near hinge: "3359XH". Number inscribed on case with lines through it. Multihued, tarnished finish due to tarnish on dust cover. Inside of dust cover polished but tarnished areas due to fingerprints. Stamped on inside of dust cover in arch text: UNION WATCH CO". Inside of that at bottom: "WARRANTED", then below that "20 YEARS". Separately stamped: "204904". Stamped on inside edge on case ring: "204904".
