View of the Chinese Bridge at center background; horse and rider cross bridge. River winds from center background to center foreground; three swans in the water. Trees line both banks. Engraved German and French inscription in lower margin. At left: "Erste Aussicht in englischen Garten / bey Munchen". At right: "Premiere Vue du jardin anglais pres / de Munich". Signed lower right, under image: "S. Warenberger Sc. " Lower center, in margin: "Mannheim bey Dom Artaria." Lower right corner: "Nr. 7". Molded wood frame with interior gilding, glazed.
