- Description:
- Silver Tablespoon. Spoon with elaborate cast handle having openwork guilloche-like shank and finial with figures of mother and child, and pair of cherubs. Fifth figure just above the juncture with somewhat ovoid bowl having a pointed drop. Stem has intertwined vines, dolphins, and urn or vase. Three impressed hallmarks partially visible on the face of the bowl, middle one might be a crown.
