- Description:
- Case, card, silver and textile. Flat rectangular shape, Corners and edges slightly rounded. 7-knuckle hinge along entire length of one edge. Push-button lock on opposite edge. Repetitive engraved design elements around outside edges of front and back that are the same. All have square corner blocks. On both sides, rectangular section in center. In one side, engraved repetitive, fanciful flower decorations. Design elements all similar in size but do not detect a symmetrical pattern or repeat. On opposite side, similar background of fanciful flowers and stems. Plain, oval section in center with two lines around its edge. Engraved inside: "SB Jewell". Some flourishes above and below letters. Letters black or black style. Inside of case, both sides lined with light, rose-colored, Moire pattern textile. Small pocket on each side made with same textile so cards can be slid in and out. One side, slightly loose so it can be seen that textile has hard paper-back covering that was glued into the cover. On bottom outside edge, some hallmarks. On one side, anchor in an oval. "FM" in rectangle. "K" in square with rounded corners. On other one, round mark, ? center. "FM" again in rectangle. Lion facing left in a rectangle with rounded corners.
