- Wool card, one of a pair. Wood, leather, and wire. Handle joined to rectangular card by groove in handle and small tacks. Handle is round on one side and flat on other. Card has a leather base with many fine metal wires attached to it, which is then nailed to wooden base. Reverse side is stamped, "WHITTEMORE'S / PATENT / SET / Li.... Mass."
