- License plate, 1917, for New Hampshire automobile, number 25124. Enamel on steel. Green on white. "N" and "H" in upper left and right corners respectively. "1917" at bottom. Bottom corners cut off at 45-degree angle to form diagonal edges 5" long. Two slots and three holes on top edge, one hole in numeral "2". Reverse glazed.

- Provenance:
- One of a pair of plates acquired by Robert Gibeau's father, who opened an auto service garage in Mannsville, NY, in 1913. The plates were probably acquired from a customer of the garage. The truncated corners indicate that the plate was issued to a seasonal resident.
